At its meeting held today, on July 22, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the financial plan of Ukrzaliznytsia envisaging that capital expenditure will be around 2 billion hryvnias, said Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Valery Voschevsky answering the questions from journalists, according to RBK-Ukraine (РБК-Украина).
"The plan of Ukrzaliznytsia has been adopted enabling Ukrzaliznytsia to start financing capital expenditures, including expenses for coal exports from Donbass – it is the key issue," said Voschevsky.
He is of the opinion that capital expenditures, according to the approved plan, will reach UAH 2 billion.
Ukrzaliznytsia obtains, as usual, cargo revenue minus passenger traffic proceeds. Losses, more or less, are close to zero", said Deputy Prime Minister.
