The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved state draft budget for 2016 and submitted it for registration to the Verkhovna Rada, said Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Culture of Ukraine Viacheslav Kyrylenko during the conciliation board meeting, RBC-Ukraine (РБК-Україна) reports.

«The session of the Cabinet of Ministers was held today in the morning. We approved draft budget, here it is, in my hands. I think, it whether is being registered or has already been registered in the secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine», said Kyrylenko.

According to him, draft budget stipulates double raises of social standards from May 1 and December 1.

«However, if there are any additional resources during the cooperation between the Parliament and the Government, then such raises may happen oftener», - noted Kyrylenko. 

 «Both options of tax reform is minus in budget revenues. The option of the Ministry of Finance is minus UAH 30 billion, the option of the Parliament is minus UAH 135 billion», - noted Vice Prime Minister.

In addition, defense budget for 2016 will be established today during the session of National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. The draft budget should also include solutions regarding gambling business and state monopoly on amber extraction. 

 «Considering all this, we register draft budget. And then, probably, we will have to call it off in order to give answers to these questions, and, probably, to some others, which will arise, jointly with the Parliament, budget committee and all parliamentary groups. And then to introduce already balanced and fully acceptable draft law for final approval by the Parliament» stated Kyrylenko.
