The government is taking decision on the ban of all transit flights for all Russian airline companies over the territory of Ukraine, the Prime-Minister of Ukraine Arsenii Yatseniuk posted on his Facebook page.
“I have assigned “Ukraerorukh”, in compliance with regulations of international legislation, to inform the Russian Federation that Russian airline companies and Russian planes have no right to use Ukrainian airspace. This is the question of national security of the country as well as response to its aggressive actions”, wrote Yatseniuk.
