Ukraine expects to obtain two tranches at a time in 2016, because Ukraine did not receive anticipated till 2015 third and fourth tranches equaling 1.7 billion each, said the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Artem Shevalev, UNN reports.
“The successful progress of the program, on which we rely, will allow us to have conversation on unification of tranches at the beginning of 2016. But for this we need to do everything to remain in IMF program”, stated A. Shevalev.
According to A. Shevalev, the draft memorandum on cooperation with IMF will be revised with consideration of approved by the Verkhovna Rada amendments to tax legislation and state budget for the next year.
“The draft memorandum of cooperation with IMF is being amended. It was viewed profoundly twice. In September it was one version, and in late November – an updated one. As per results of budgetary process, it is possible that there will be one more version of memorandum”, - noted the Deputy Minister.
It should be noted that the Prime Minister A. Yatseniuk does not rule out that the draft law of the State Budget 2016, approved on December 25, will be amended.
