“Oshchadbank renews the financing of condominiums and housing associations within the state program of energy efficiency”, - as it is said in the press-release of the bank, Correspondent reports.
As it is noted in the bank, condominiums and housing associations, which intend to conduct the heating modernization of houses, can significantly save costs at the expense of state aid.
The press-service reminded that the return on such loans is from 40% to 70% of the amount of loan funds, attracted for the acquisition of energy efficient equipment and materials.
The amount of return depends on the number of apartment in the house, the owners of which receive subsidies.
“Thanks to the program “Saving House” the energy efficient measures have been implemented in 8,203 ths apartments. Most loans were disbursed in Donetsk, Sumy and Kharkiv regions,” – the bank informed.
Previously the experts expressed concerns that the new law about condominiums will increase the number of fraud schemes on housing and utilities market.
