EY and Deloitte will be invited for auditing the financial reporting and asset valuation of “Naftogaz”.
The largest Ukrainian state energy holding “Naftogaz of Ukraine” will pay UAH 48.42 mln to EY and Deloitte for auditing financial reporting 2015-2016 as well as asset valuation of the company, UNIAN reports.
According to the message, the audit of financial monitoring for UAH 32.48 million will be conducted by Deloitte.
The independent appraiser, as “Naftogaz” notes, will be invited for preparation of consolidated financial reporting for 2015, for determining fair value of “Naftogaz” assets and enterprises, in which not less than 51% shares belong to the company.
As UNIAN reported, “Naftogaz of Ukraine” finished 2015 year with net revenue of UAH 112.76 bln, which is by 51% more than the indicator for 2014.
As per results of the public auction EY was selected as the independent appraiser. The proposed cost of services is UAH 15.8 mln.
As per results of 2015 the total profit of “Naftogaz” made up UAH 12.5 billion against UAH 11 billion of losses in 2014.
In the meantime, as per results of 2015, the net loss of the company made up UAH 25 billion, when in 2014 the net loss made up UAH 89.9 bln.
