Since May 11, 2016, the public institution “Governmental Contact Center” launches a “hot line” for entrepreneurs. Calling 0800503045, they can submit complaints about abuses or corruption actions of state power bodies as well as proposals on the Government’s measures on improvement of conditions for running business.
The calls on hot line for entrepreneurs will be fielded by the specialists of the Governmental contact center on working days from 09 am to 06 pm (Friday – till 04.45 pm). On weekends from 06.00 pm till 09.00 am the calls will be transferred to specialists of the main governmental “hot line” (0800507309). All applications will be registered and directed for response to the executive bodies as per their field of expertise. In addition, the information about treatment and results of their consideration will be reported to the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
It should be reminded that during his visit to the Governmental contact center Prime-Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman assigned to create a special “hot line” for applications of entrepreneurs.
“In the nearest future we will open a separate phone line for small and medium businesses, so the entrepreneurs could report on abuses, and we will be able to quickly response, defend these entrepreneurs, which is very important”, Head of Government said.
