Lawyers report that financial institution has reassigned some accounts to the third structure, UBR reports.
Bank Mykhailovskyi has reassigned some part of client accounts to the third structure.
“On May 20, my client received from Mykhailovskyi a text that on May 19 the account of his credit card was reassigned to other legal entity. However, without the indication of exact information to which financial institution. Nobody agreed this step with a man, he was not even notified properly – the bank name was not informed. That’s why he intends to appeal in court this reassignment. In order to start this process I am already preparing the attorney’s request to the bank”, - Senior Partner of Law Company “Kravets and Partners” Rostislav Kravets.
Bank Mykhailovskyi did not confirm and refute this information to UBR.ua so far. The editorial office sent the corresponding request to the bank and is ready to publish a reply to it.
However, lately the unofficial information about the possible merger of “Mykhailovskyi” with Platinum Bank was actively discussed in social networks.
