Within 3 months 2016 UAH 25.404 mln were received from sales of state property and other proceeds, directly related to process of privatization, according to the message of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
“As the large privatization has not started yet, these funds were received from sales of properties of small privatization and four stock packages on stock markets”, - the press-office reports.
Other UAH 1.627 mln were reportedly received from sales of land plots for nonagricultural purposes or the rights for them, being in state ownership, on which the properties, which are subject to privatization, are located.
“In general, in 2016 the Fund of State Property plans to receive UAH 101.76 mln from small privatization, including UAH 9.977 mln – from sales of land plots”, - according to the message.
“The scheduled plan of expected proceeds and the tentative list of properties, which will be offered for sales, were approved by the relevant order № 110 of the Fund dated January 22, 2016”, - the Fund reports.
According to this schedule, in 2016 360 properties will be offered for sale, including 103 properties with land plots.
