The regulator has continued purchasing dollars at the auction, Hubs reports.
On Tuesday, at the auction the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) purchased $56.8 mln, which made up 98% of the offer, at the rate of 25.15 UAH/$.
According to NBU information, the bids were submitted to the auction for $58 mln at the rate between 25.14 UAH/$ to 25.20 UAH/$, the cutoff price was set at 25.15 UAH/$, the average-weighted rate made up 25.1476 UAH/$.
Meanwhile, 6.7% of bids of the total volume of accepted bids were accepted at the maximum auction rate.
Yesterday, at the auction NBU purchased currency for the whole claimed volume ($30 mln) at the rate of up to 25.13 UAH/$, which made up 63.8% of the offer.
