The receipt of written instructions, prepared as per prescribed form, from law enforcement bodies within criminal proceeding, the operational investigative and counterintelligence case is the reason for conducting the examination of goods and commercial transport vehicles by customs bodies of Ukraine, Vysokyi Val reports.
The relevant amendments to the exhaustive list of reasons for conducting the examination (reexamination) have been approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dd. 25.05.2016 № 341.
Such instructions should always contain information about the reasons of their dispatch, the number of the relevant case, time of performance, details about goods, persons, who transport them, or commercial transport vehicles, using which the violations of state customs legislation can be committed.
In case of absence of specified information such instruction is not the reason for conducting examination.
