On Monday the verification of revenues and dubious cases will start, Hubs reports.
Since the next week the decency verification campaign will start in the prosecutor’s office, General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko said.
“In a week we will start the campaign of verification of decency in the prosecutor’s office… Today, I sent to the Ministry of Justice the procedure of verification of decency of the employees of the prosecutor’s office. I hope that next week it will be registered”, Lutsenko said at the briefing in Lviv.
According to him, the inquiry forms, which will be signed by prosecutor’s office employees – data on revenues and properties as well as the facts that they did not commit any violations during their work – were placed on the sites of prosecution authorities.
Meanwhile, Lutsenko noted, any citizen may provide data on violations on the part of employees of the prosecutor’s office or inconsistency of data, released on the site of prosecutor’s offices.
“Each citizen has the right, only anonymous, to inform the group of Petro Shkutiak (who heads the working internal security group of the General Prosecutor’s Office) about the facts of inconsistency of released data. The working group verifies, generalizes information and submits it for further investigation”, the General Prosecutor explained.
He emphasized that if these data are confirmed, then the employee will be dismissed from prosecution authorities.
On June 13 the “sugar prosecutor” was suspended. Meanwhile, his victim – Artem Rudenko – continues fighting for his freedom.
