On June 14, as per tender results PJSC “Ukratransgas” ordered the financial auditing services for UAH 2,1 million from CJSC “Deloitte & Touche Ukrainian Services Company”, Economic Truth reports.

This is informed in “Public Procurement Bulletin”, “Our Money” reports.

They should conduct audit of Ukrtransgas consolidated IFRS-compliant financial statements for 2015.

Last year the audit of financial statements for 2014 from Grant Thornton Legis LLC cost UAH 2.53 mln. The services for 2013 were ordered from this firm for UAH 2.86 mln.

Currently the only rival was Baker Tilly Ukraine LLC.

BDO LLC filed complaint to AMCU for discriminatory requirements. It referred to the experience of the audit of financial statements for 2012/2013/2014 of companies with annual profit from UAH 15.5 mln for the reporting period.

According to the complainer, their number is limited and they mainly work with auditors from the so-called “Big Four”.

The client informed that there are not less than 15 companies with such profit, the services for them are also provided by Audit Ltd, Grant Thornton Legis, Capital Group, Ma Audit Service, Emcon-Audit and Ukrvostokaudit. That’s why the administrative board rejected the complaint.

“Deloitte & Touche Ukrainian Services Company” is represented in Ukraine by “Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu" from “Big Four”.

The founders of Baker Tilly Ukraine are Alexander Pochkun, Gagik Nersesian, Alexander Konovchenko, Serhei Kesarev, Alexander Shulha and Oksana Kovtun.
