Ukraine extended sanctions against the Russian Federation, which also includes the operation of some Russian payment systems.
The relevant decision was endorsed by the Order of the President of Ukraine №467/2016, the Economic Truth reports.
The order imposes the ban on operating procedures in Ukraine as well as cancels the registration of agreements of residents of Ukraine on participation in the international payment system “Zolota Korona”, the payment organization of which is SNFI “Payment Center”.
The order also imposes the ban on approval of conditions and operating procedures of international payment system “Unistream” in Ukraine, which is managed by JSCCB “Unistream” as well as cancels the registration of agreements of residents of Ukraine on participation in the international payment system “Unistream”.
The order also imposes the ban on approval of conditions and operating procedures of international payment system “Kolibri” in Ukraine (previously – “Blitz”), which is managed by “Sberbank of Russia”, as well as cancels the registration of agreements of residents of Ukraine on participation in the international payment system “Kolibri”.
The order also imposes the ban on operating procedures as well as cancels the registration of agreements of residents of Ukraine on participation in “International money transfers Leader”, the payment organization of which is NFI “Leader”.
The ban is also imposed on conducting activities in Ukraine as well as the registration of agreements of residents of Ukraine on participation in the international payment system “International money transfers “Leader”, the payment organization of which is NFI “Leader”.
The order also imposes the ban on approval of conditions and operating procedures of international payment system “Anelik” in Ukraine, which is managed by LLC CB “Anelik RU” as well as cancels the registration of agreements of residents of Ukraine on participation in the international payment system “Anelik”.
In addition, the order imposes the ban on approval of conditions and operating procedures of international payment system “Blizko” in Ukraine, which is managed by JSCB “Sviaz-Bank” as well as cancels the registration of agreements of residents of Ukraine on participation in the international payment system “Blizko”.
As it was reported, on October 17, President Petro Poroshenko prolonged sanctions against Russians and Russian companies and extended the list of persons, falling within these sanctions.
