The owner of Gulliver Mall, located in the center of Kyiv, Victor Polishchuk, turned out to be the final beneficiary of bankrupt bank Mykhailovskyi, Finance.ua reports.
Such data are contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations.
Thus, Polishchuk distributes a lie, claiming that he sold Mykhailivskyi to Odessa’s businessperson Boris Kauffman to the benefit of Platinum Bank.
The latest data as of May 19 are placed on NBU’s official site, in details on the ownership structure of Bank Mykhailivskyi: according to them, the bank beneficiaries are 12 people (including Igor Doroshenko) with shares of 10% each. Previously such information was featured in the State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations.
As reported, on November 14, General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yurii Lutsenko claimed that Kyiv Shevchenkovskyi District Court seized Gulliver Mall.
