The former chairman of the Bank Mykhailvosky Igor Doroshenko was placed under house arrest, as it is evidenced in video footage from the session of the Shevchenkovsky District Court in Kyiv.
Thus, he was released from custody.
“To grant a motion of the investigator, to apply pretrial restrictions to the suspect Igor Doroshenko in the form of house arrest”, the judge read out the court ruling.
It should be reminded that as the result of fraud in in Bank Mykhailovsky, 14 ths depositors lost their deposits for the total amount of UAH 1.5 billion. The bank managers are suspected of embezzlement of this money.
At the end of the previous month, there were massive searches with regard to the bank case, in particular, in the premises of Gulliver business center and other 34 addresses.
