Ukrgasvydobuvannya PJSC concluded the agreement with Deloitte and Touche USC (Kyiv), PJSC, for conducting audit of financial records 2016, compliant with requirements of international financial reporting standards (IFRS), Interfax-Ukraine reports.
According to company’s message in ProZorro, the agreement, amounting to UAH 2.628 mln (VAT inclusive), is concluded by parties on December 29, 2016. The audit of reporting should be completed until March 31, 2017.
Baker Tilly also participated in trading with the proposal of UAH 2.65 mln (VAT inclusive).
As reported, Ukrgasvydobuvannya intends to increase gas production from 14.5 bln cub.m. in 2015 and 2016 to 15.2 bln cub.m. – in 2017, 16.5 bln cub.m. – in 2018, 18.3 bln cub.m – in 2019, 20.1 bln cub.m – in 2020.
As per the results of 2015, UGV decreased gas production by 3.9% (by 0.528 bln cub.m.) versus 2014 – to 14.528 bln cub.m. The company also produced 511.579 ths tons of oil and gas condensate, which is by 4.1% lower than the last year’s indicator (533.25 ths tons). The production of liquefied gas was 172.626 ths tons; the realization of light oil products – 390.034 ths tons.
Ukrgasvydobuvannya, 100% shares of which belong to Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC, is the country’s largest gas producing company, providing for 75% of the total gas production. It also operates Shchebelinka GPP.
