The number of court cases with the involvement of the State Fiscal Service (SFS) agencies in 2016 decreased by 33%, as reported on SFS website, according to Finance.UA materials.
«During 2016, the number of court cases with the involvement of SFS agencies decreased by 42.1 ths or by 33%, versus 2015… The amount of these court cases increased by UAH 1.5 bln or by 0.7%», - according to the message.
According to SFS data, as per the results of court trials, UAH 2.9 billion were already transferred to the budget for the benefit of SFS agencies (including the previous period) in 2016.
The message also refers to the reduction of the number of court disputes, related to the appeal of customs decisions, taken due to the customs control and registration, by 2% versus 2015.
«As of January 1, 2017, 5.9 ths of such cases for the total amount of UAH 2.6 bln were tried in courts. 2.4 ths cases for the amount of UAH 751.8 mln were tried; out of them, 769 cases for the amount of UAH 340.2 mln were solved in favor of SFS customhouse», as it is noted in the message.
