PIVDENNYI Bank acted as the financial partner of the largest transaction on acquisition of six sugar plants in the Ternopil region, which Pfeifer & Langen concluded in late 2016. Previously, these plants belonged to T-Sakhar Holding and its composition included Borshchevskyi, Buchatskyi, Zbarazhskyi, Kazovskyi, Lanovetskyi and Khorovskyi sugar plants in the Ternopil region as well as Horodenko plant in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, according to Finance.UA materials.
