The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine promulgated the full text of memorandum with the International Monetary Fund.
The document, consisting of 34 pages, is published on the site of the Ministry of Finance.
The letter to IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde dd. 2 March 2017 is also attached to the text of memorandum. It contains the request to postpone the implementation of pension and land reform.
The letter was signed by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman, Minister of Finance Alexander Danyliuk and NBU Governor Valeria Gontareva.
It was previously reported that for continuation of cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, Ukraine is required to raise the pension age, reduce the number of state and public employees, cancel the simplified tax system and open the land market.
On April 3, the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund approved the decision on allocation of the fourth tranche, amounting to 1 billion dollars, to Ukraine.
