The new employment law will introduce the mandatory electronic registration of all labor contracts, the press office of the Ministry of Social Policy reports, Finance.UA reports.
“The employer will have to enter the employee’s information in the special register. It will be the actual register of employed people. In addition, the labor contract will be considered as unconcluded, if it is not registered electronically. Because many people suffer, as they work, but do not obtain any social guarantees. Thus, if we manage to introduce the electronic registration of labor contracts, then we will not only strengthen control, but also the responsibility to the employed people”, Minister of Social Policy Andrei Reva said.
Such labor contract can be placed on the personalized record-keeping system of the Pension Fund, tracking the situation with salary payment and how the fees are paid.
In addition, this register will show the number of employed people in our country.
