The document was published on the website of the Official Journal of the European Union, Ukrainian News reports.
The visa-free regime will actually come into force in 20 days after the publication – tentatively on June 11.
The mechanism of suspension of the visa-free regime will come into force simultaneously.
As Ukrainian News reported, on May 17, President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani and Minister for Home Affairs and National Security and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of Malta Carmelo Abela signed the document on granting the visa-free regime to Ukrainian citizens.
On May 11, the EU Council approved the granting of the visa-free regime to Ukraine.
On April 26, the European Parliament approved the granting of the visa-free regime to Ukraine.
On April 26, UE Permanent Representatives Committee (COREPER) approved the inclusion of Ukraine into the list of third countries, not requiring visa.
