Triantal Investments (Cyprus), belonging to the businesspersons Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogoliubov, filed two lawsuits to the Kyiv Distrcit Administrative Court against the National Bank, the Ministry of Finance and PrivatBank, as evidenced by the court materials, Finance.UA reports quoting Ukrainian news.
On May 22, the Cypriot company Triantal Investments, which owned 16.8% shares of the financial institution before the PrivatBank’s nationalization, filed lawsuits.
Before the nationalization, Triantal Investments was controlled by Kolomoisky and Bogoliubov (49.5% shares each).
The company claims that the defendants’ actions should be declared illegal and the defendants should fulfill certain actions.

The court appointed the court hearing on the company’s lawsuit for July 27.
As of today, other six Virgin companies, among which are Camerin Investments LLP, Sunnex Investments LLP, Tamplemon Investments LLP, Berlini Commercial LLP, Lumil Investments LLP, Sofinam Investments LLP, also filed lawsuits against PrivatBank in respect to the unblocking of their funds.
