Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom declined to provide details, but said that there is no cancellation of take or pay.
According to Russia’s Gazprom, the Stockholm Arbitration Court did not cancel the ToP rule, stipulated in the contract with Ukraine’s Naftogaz, Correspondent.net reports, quoting Russian edition RIA News.
Kyiv said that the Stockholm Arbitration Court fully cancelled Gazprom’s “take or pay” claims against Naftogaz.
“We touched upon only one question that the arbitration decision cancelled take or pay. It is not so. It did not cancel take or pay. I will not tell you that there is not any cancellation of take or pay”, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom Alexander Medvedev told RIA News.
