Last week 15 families became homeowners
Since the beginning of 2013 the State Mortgage Institution re-financed 363 loans of citizens, allocating 82.4 million UAH for this, informs the press service of the SMI.
"I am pleased to say that not only large systemic banks provide loans to citizens under SMI program, but the banks with lower capitalization as well. For instance, last week’s top three SMI partners included UNEX Bank, in terms of volume of mortgage loans. So, top three is as follows: Delta Bank, Privatbank and Unex bank", said the spokesperson of the SMI Hanna Volobuieva.
She also noted that from 19 to 26 August 15 families became flat owners.
