Cabinet Resolution
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine established a fee for use of budgetary borrowing by grain producers at 6.9%, as per the decree of Cabinet of 21.08.2013 № 604.
«Establish for 2013/14 marketing period on the basis of information submitted by the National Bank of the level of the weighted average interest rate on loans to banks, granted for a period of 12 calendar months and fully collateralised, which effectively formed at 1 May 2013, fees for the use of budget loan by grain producers within the regime of state mortgage grain purchases in the amount of 6.9% per annum», the Resolution says.
