Services to be provided via online portal
The government approved an action plan to set up a Uniform Administrative Services Portal. The corresponding order by the Cabinet of Ministers was adopted 11 September 2013, informs the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
Implementation of measures is aimed at gradual provision of administrative services through the portal.
Proposed measures included in the plan involve: Portal featuring information on agencies that provide administrative services, centers of administrative services, as well as lists of administrative services they provide, acquisition of necessary server software, telecommunications equipment, licensed software, individuals and entities' obtaining through the portal of information on the progress of their applications, and the results of administrative services.
The plan also envisages measures to implement the mechanism of payment for administrative services through the portal and a comprehensive information security system on the portal.
These activities are scheduled for 2014-2017.
It should be noted that to date the Ministry of Economic Development has developed a beta version of the portal. Functional capabilities of the pilot version of the portal provide access to information on administrative services, bodies providing such services, legal acts governing the provision of administrative services, registry of administrative services.
