The consumer and mortgage loans in Ukrainian banks decreased in price, HB reports quoting the liga.net.
The average mortgage loan cost decreased by 0.91 p.p. and is 19.93% per annum. For the last quarter, the average rate decreased by 0.97 p.p. The mortgage loans fell in price since the beginning of the year. Ukrgasbank proposes minimum rates for purchasing residence on the primary market at 5-10% per annum for 1-2 years.
The consumer loans decreased in price by 0.20 p.p., the average interest rate is 37.51% per annum. The minimum rates are offered by Kredobank (17.9%), Oshchadbank (20.49%), secured on the immovable property. The maximum rates are offered by unsecured cash loans: Bank Concord (98.55%), BTABank (82.8%), Ukrsibbank (75%). The average overdraft rate did not change and is 32.77% per annum.
In the meantime, the average interest rate of car loans increased by 0.13 p.p. and is 16.05% per annum. As per the results of the third quarter, the car loans increased in price by 0.08 p.p. The minimum rates are offered by OTP Bank (0.01 – 2.99%), Ukrgasbank (4.99%), with loan term of 1 year.
It was previously reported that average bank deposit interest rates in Ukraine decreased for all currencies.
It should be reminded that in July, the consumer loans in Ukraine increased by 1.53 percentage points.
