The World Bank and Ukraine reconciled debatable details, World Bank Country Director for Belarus, Moldova, and Ukraine Satu Kahkonen said during the presentation of a new economic review and macroeconomic forecast for Ukraine, EP reports, quoting for Ukrainian News.
“We found decisions on many questions. There is one more, but I think that we will negotiate it too”, she said.
Kahkonen reminded that the pension reform raised concerns with World Bank and IMF due to certain amendments to the document.
As was reported, in September, World Bank and the International Monetary Fund reported discontent with finalized draft pension reform.
On September 28, Minister of Finance Alexander Danyliuk told that the pension reform is the key condition for obtaining the next tranche of the International Monetary Fund.
