Until the yearend, the State Property Fund will verify 32 enterprises in terms of how the purchasers fulfill agreements on sale and purchase, in particular, of investment obligations, SPFU’s Head Vitali Trubarov wrote in Facebook.
“The verification, in particular, will have place in Vinnytsiaoblenergo, Volynobleenergo, Volyngaz, Zhytomyrgaz, Zaporizhiagaz, Nizhyn Agricultural Machine Building Plant, Gorlitsa Air Company and other privatized companies”, Trubarov reported.
He reminded that in May 2017, the State Property Fund filed lawsuit in Kyiv’s Economic Court against ESU LLC, belonging to Rinat Akhmetov’s SCM Holding, which owns Ukrtelecom’s stocks, for nonfulfillment of terms of sale and purchase agreement.
“SPFU controls a total of 12.5 thousand agreements. The work on denunciation and return of alienated properties to state ownership is performed under 123 agreements, 9 of which are share packages of joint stock companies, 18 – single property complexes and 96 incomplete construction projects ”, SPFU’s Head specified.
