The measures were taken as per the findings of audits of state authorities and local self-governing bodies.
The National Anticorruption Agency (NCPA) issued 15 injunctions to top officials, NCPA’s press office informs on Monday, November 27, Correspondent.net reports.
“As of today, the National Anticorruption Agency issued 15 injunctions on violating requirements of the legislation regarding the ethical behavior, prevention and regulation of the conflict of interests, other violations of the law”, according to the press service.
The injunctions were issued as per the findings of scheduled and unscheduled audits of state authorities and local self-governing bodies on arranging anti-corruption activities.
The injunctions were issued to First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv, Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko, Minister of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelian, Minister of Youth and Sports Igor Zhdanov, Minister of Culture Evgeni Nishchuk.
In addition, the injunctions were issued to chapters 9 of other central executive bodies and managers of 4 local self-governing bodies.
