The investor Boris Lozhkin stated in his interview to New Time edition.
“The opening of the free trade area with the European Union and Canada became a very positive driver of investments. That is why the production enterprises, targeted at the market of the European Union, are located in Ukraine. Many operating business strive for expansion, it will also become the driver of growth. For those, which worked in Ukraine, it is easier to take decisions, they understand and accept the existing risks. But on the other hand, the fact that the investors come to absolutely new projects, inspires optimism”, Lozhkin said.
According to his opinion, as of today, the spheres, related to the export, are most attractive for investing.
“Now, we can invest in the component parts, those goods, which will be in high demand, as we have a free trade area with EU, in energy, agriculture. For example, in agricultural holdings or service, which may interact with other agricultural holdings. What impedes to start manufacturing the drone for agriculture, which may be a very interesting product for export? Around the agriculture, in my opinion, there are many ideas with insufficient investment”, Lozhkin noted.
