169 securities issues registered
National Commission on Securities and Stock Market summed up the results of Registration of issue of securities for the ten months of the year - January to October, the NSSMC’s statement reads.
«For the ten months of this year, we have seen positive dynamics in terms of issue of shares. The Commission registered 169 issues of securities, the total of emissions amounted to nearly 35.86 billion UAH. As compared to the same period of 2012, the amount of registered shares increased by 21.98 billion UAH», said Alla Papaika, Director of Corporate Governance and corporate Finance at NSSMC.
In addition, Ms. Papaika characterized the situation in bonds market: this segment also shows growth in targets. In January-October 2013 the regulator registered 205 issues of corporate bonds totaling $ 28.41 billion UAH, compared with ten months of 2012, this figure grew by 3.29 billion UAH.
