The State Fiscal Service completed verification of Naftogaz’ complaints and prepares the document on the legality of application of fine sanctions of SFS Energy Customs, Acting Head of SFS Miroslav Prodan informed, SFS press office reports.
He noted that Naftogaz NJSC filed not a complaint to SFS, but the respective lawsuit to court instance. And, by order of President of Ukraine, SFS conducted verifications of the correctness and legality of imposition of fine sanctions on the official of Naftogaz NJSC.
“Today, such verification is completed, the respective materials are prepared, but simultaneously, the question is the subject of consideration in court instances; therefore, it would be logical to expect for its results”, Miroslav Prodan noted.
He informed that the decision on imposing fine sanctions was approved by SFS Energy Customs, based on the obtained evidentiary base.
It should be reminded that CEO of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC challenged in Podolsky District Court two orders of SFS Energy Customs on imposing the personal fine, amounting to 7 and 1.3 billion hryvnias.
It should be reminded that the State Fiscal Service imposed a fine on Chairman of the Management Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine Andrei Kobolev for a total amount of UAH 8.3 billion hryvnias for violating customs rules.
According to the official version, the fine was imposed, because Naftogaz did not provide a package of documents for customs clearance of Russian gas supplies in 2015, thus violating the customs rules.
CEO of Naftogaz of Ukraine stated that he is going to sue over the State Fiscal Service.
