Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul set a target for the heads of regional state administrations, mayors, heads of district heating companies, water, gas, electricity, road and public emergency services to ensure stable operation of life supporting systems, the press office of Deputy Prime Minister informs.
In particular, the heads should take personal responsibility for the operation of the life supporting systems for population; to transfer the enterprises in reinforces mode with around the clock functioning, provide the 24-hour availability of emergency crews. In the case of any emergency situations, promptly report to the central control office of Ministry of regions to provide the necessary assistance.
Tomorrow, December 3rd, 2013 at 14:00 Vice Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul and Deputy Prime Minister Yurii Boiko will hold a nationwide teleconference on ensuring stable operation of life support systems. The meeting will also be attended by the heads of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services, the Ministry of Energy and Mines, State Emergency Services and the heads of regions.
