The National Securities and Stock Market Commission revoked for 11 banks and 11 financial companies the licenses for conducting professional activities on the stock market, according to the regulator’s official website.
Thus, the licenses for securities management and underwriting were revoked for Oshchadbank, Citibank and bank ¾, for securities management – Ukrgasbank and TAScombank, for dealer activity – Land Capital and Trust Capital, for broker activity – Deutsche Bank DBU and Bank Familny, for underwriting – Alfa-Bank.
In addition, the regulator revoked the licenses for Altana Capital, IP Securities, Millenium Capital, IK A.I.S.T. – Invest (all – for underwriting), Zaporozhstal-AG, Planeta Service, Fenix (all – for dealer activity), Information-Depositary Center Global, Kyiv-Dealer (both for the securities management activities), Collegium – securities for the depository activities, and Stockmarket-Invest – for broker activities.
The National Commission specifies that the licenses are revoked due to licensors’ failure to carry out professional activities on the stock market during the period from January 1, 2017 to April 12, 2018.
