At the last session, the government approved the regulation №327,which introduces changes to certain CMU’s regulations, thanks to which Ukraine will be able to increase its position in next year’s Doing Business Ranking, UNN reports quoting the message of the Ministry of Economic Development.

“The approval of the draft regulation №327 and our initiatives will contribute to raising Ukraine’s position in next year’s World Bank’s ranking Doing Business”, the Ministry of Economic Development noted.

In particular, the following changes are envisaged:

The international trade with parts for transport vehicles, which do not fall into ‘military goods’ category, was simplified. Thanks to this decision, the trade with car parts will not be burdened by bureaucratic procedures when passing the customs.

The initiation of simplification of the procedure of development and meeting the civil protection requirements for ordinary non-residential properties.

The persons, who develop the urban planning documentation, make architectural, engineering- and building design or perform technical supervision in building, were obligated to have higher specialized education.

The bureaucratic procedures were simplified for the clients of the construction. You do not need to indicate the address in documents, by which you formalize the process of new construction. The address is determined by the cadaster number of the land plot.

It should be reminded that the Cabinet of Ministers approved the draft law On Introducing Amendments to Some Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Stimulation of Investment Climate in Ukraine, aimed at increasing Ukraine’s position in Doing Business ranking.
