34 banks were selected for making payments to state employees and pensioners.

The Ministry of Finance selected 34 banks for making payments to state employees and pensioners, the Ministry of Finance informs, the Ukrainian News reports.

In accordance with the procedure of holding the competitive selection of banks, through which the pensions, monetary aid and salaries are paid to the employees of state institutions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Minister dated 26.09.2001 № 1231, on May 3, the session of the competition commission for determining authorized banks was held in the Ministry of Finance.

As per the results of consideration of the competition documentation of the candidates by the competition commission, it was decided to acknowledge 34 winning banks as authorized.

Meanwhile, the banks, which, before taking this decision of the competition commission, were declared as the winners of competitions for the right to pay pensions, money aid and salaries to budgetary institutions, stopped fulfilling the functions of the authorized bank.

The selected banks include: Ukreximbank, Oshchadbank, Privatbank, Ukrgasbank, Ukrsotsbank, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Kredobank, UkrSibbank, Idea Bank, Credit Agricole Bank, Piraeus Bank MCB, Alfa-Bank (Ukraine), OTP Bank, Alliance Bank, Lviv Bank, Industrial Bank, MTB Bank, Pivdenny, Poltava-bank, PUMB, Grant bank, Megabank, Sky Bank, Unex Bank, Commercial Industrial Bank, Universal Bank, Credit Dnepr, Radabank, Vostok Bank, Bank of Investments and Savings, Concord Bank, Motor-bank, Accordbank, Crystalbank.
