Leonid Kozhara looks forward to a fruitful working session of the OSCE in Ukraine
December 5-6, Ukraine as chair of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) will hold the 20-th Meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council. This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Leonid Kozhara, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers informs.
"We expect that this event will be held successfully and effectively. Ukraine has offered to consider a lot of documents", - said the Minister.
He said that the priorities of the Ukrainian Chairmanship concern the OSCE activity in the so-called three baskets: political and security, environmental and economic, humanitarian. "We expect that documents we be approved in all three areas", - said Leonid Kozhara.
According to his words, the issues relating to the activities of organization and implementation of the organization’s priorities by the Ukrainian presidency will be discussed during the plenary session.
Leonid Kozhara informed that today they know about the participation of 33 foreign ministers in the meeting.
