Report of financial institution
Experts of the State Financial Inspection of Ukraine in January-November 2013 performed 246 audits in 226 companies, institutions and organizations providing corrective measures, which led to the loss of financial and material resources worth over 110 million UAH, the press-service of the inspection informs.
In particular, the budgets of different levels and budgetary institutions received nearly 10 million UAH. Over 100 million UAH were refunded and added to the costs of financial and material resources.
Based on audits and inspections the heads of local authorities, enterprises, institutions and organizations were under 215 administrative decisions, and law enforcement agencies began 68 pre-trial investigations.
50 minutes on violation of the law on the budget system and 90 minutes on abuse in procurement of goods, works and services for public funds were submitted to the court. Violation of accounting resulted in 296 officials being held liable, 320 - disciplinary, 26 - materially, 137 persons were fired from their positions.
In addition, the State Service for Financial Monitoring sent 6 messages of prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of incomes of crime worth more than 101 million UAH.
