Levoberezhieinvest, the subsidiary company of Arricano Group, and the property management company of Kyiv RayON SEC will repay before maturity the arrears, amounting to UAH 979.2 mln, to the Russian bank Saint Petersburg on two loans from 2013, the company informed in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
On July 23, the sole shareholder – Cypriot Praxifin Holdings Limited – approved the respective decision.
According to Levoberezhieinvest’s information, the company opened two credit lines in April 2013. The payments (including interests for the credit use time) on the first credit line will amount to UAH 548.3 mln, on the second – UAH 430.8 mln.
The aggregate cost of payments exceeds the cost of its assets for 2017 by 61.2%.
Levoberezhieinvest was registered in 2007, is the subsidiary company of Arricano Group in Kyiv and manages Kyiv SEC RayON.
According to the data of the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs, the owner of 100% of the company is Prafixin Holdings Limited (Larnaca, Cyprus). The majority shareholder of Arricano Hillar Teder is the final beneficiary.
