The Paris Club creditors wrote off Cuba debt of USD 4 billion, RBC-Ukraine reports, quoting Le parisien.
It is noted that the remaining USD 2.6 billion debt will be paid by Cuba within 18 years.
“The reached agreement on writing-off of the Cuba’s debt will allow to resolve the issue of accumulated interests since 1980”, Sapen said.
The agreement also stipulates that the remaining USD 2.6 billion debt will be paid by Cuba within 18 years.
