Tesla Motors does not comment on media reports about the plans of official entry to Russian market, RIA News said in the European Representative Office of the Manufacturer.
Previously, some Russian media informed, quoting Moscow Tesla Club Leader Alexei Yeremchuk that in 2017, the company is allegedly planning to open its representative office and start selling Tesla electric cars in Russia. It was informed that Tesla will also develop the infrastructure for electric cars in Russia.
«Thank you for the shown interest in our company, unfortunately, we will not comment on it», - Company’s Office Representative in Finland Axel Holmström said to RIA News.
