Reaffirmed individual credit rating of deposits indicates Bank's ample liquidity and high capitalization; owners’ support; no significant complaints from customers about the Bank’s work; concentration of the resource base with key lenders, which affects the Bank's financial flexibility; high quality of assets. The main component of the resource base is customer deposits, 90% of the customer loan portfolio is formed by 70% of the borrowers. The Bank is developing a regional network. During the period under review the Bank’s activities were profitable.
Factors maintaining the credit rating:: diversification of the resource base by creditors and client deposit portfolio by major investors, reduced dependence of the Bank on the financial condition of individual borrowers, Bank development strategy implementation. Factors constraining the credit rating: decrease in the Bank's solvency (liquidity), increased credit risks due to deteriorating asset quality, decline of performance indicators, as well as the deterioration in the financial markets and in the economy as a whole.
