Rated as reliable construction

IBI-Rating has confirmed the reliability rating on Art Hall clubhouse at level 5+ (excellent reliability). The financial support and experience in residential construction of the contractors engaged in the project, current state of the construction and its location have been assessed.

At that, the construction of the Art Hall clubhouse is backed by the warranties given by PJSC CB PRIVATBANK. The builder is AS-MBK Ltd., which is performing construction works along with the prime contractor PJSC Aerobud. The prime contractor has powerful technical and production facilities and extensive experience in erecting and reconstructing the property used for commercial, industrial and housing purposes.

A new clubhouse is being erected in the historical and business centre of Kyiv – in Shevchenkovsky district, 21 Vorovsky St. There are educational institutions, shops, entertainment areas and recreation centres, cultural facilities in close vicinity. 

Construction works can be done, provided that a builder has all requisite permits go use the land plot in the builder’s ownership. At the end of June of 2014 the completion of the building works was 80%. The scheduled date of commissioning is the 1st half of 2015.

The premises in the building are being sold through special bonds, the issuer of which is AS-MBK Ltd. The square meter price is and depends on a storey, total square meters of the apartment, layout and design. The availability of long-term loans and letters of credit will streamline the settlement process and help enhance security of investments.  The reliability rankings are the evaluation made by the rating agency as regards the likelihood of fulfilling the obligations in relation to any other construction project have been given after comprehensive analysis.
