They funded the construction of 10 residential units
Following the work in 2013, the State Mortgage Institution forwarded 375,8 million UAH to complete construction of residential units. This information came from the head of public relations department of SMI Volobueva Anna, the press service of the SMI says.
«Last year, the SMI has financed the completion of 10 residential units. This will allow putting into operation about 270 square meters of housing. That is, more than 3 thousand Ukrainian families will celebrate a housewarming already this year and next year», - said the head of public relations department of the SMI.
State Mortgage Institution is implementing a program to finance the completion of construction of residential properties. Lending to developers is implemented through partner banks of SMI, which today are 119.
«We hope that in 2014, other banks will be active in lending the real economy. In turn, the state mortgage agency will continue to assist the development of construction in Ukraine», - said Anna Volobueva.
