The Ministry of Revenue & Duties reports
Under the tax returns already filled the aggregated amount of taxes levied on personal income to be deducted to the government budget makes up UAH318,4 million. In 2014 tax returns submitted to the revenue bodies in Kyiv total 27944 applications.
As of today, at the beginning of July this year, according to the revenue authorities’ statistics, taxes in the amount of 139,5 million hryvnias have been deducted by the Kyivans to the government coffer.
An essential part of the income declared is that of the capital dwellers who earned over one million hryvnias in 2013 and number 1747 persons. It’s worth noting that last year a number of millionaires surged up to 1570 rich people, this category of well-to-do people should voluntarily refill the municipal budget by UAH 232,3 million. As at July 1, 2014 the taxes being deducted amounted to over 98 million hryvnias.
The tax liabilities stated in the tax returns revealing the data on property status and income gained should be fulfilled till September 1, 2014.
