For the period from July 05 to August 4, 2014, an average sold price of 1-3 bedrooms flats in the secondary market in Kyiv has fallen by 1.84% ($24) up to $1280 per square meter, according to the overview prepared by SV Development.
Meantime, the cheapest flats are those in Darnytsia district, with average price of $1015/sq.m. The most expensive apartments are located in Pechersk district, with average sold price of $1953/sq.m.
