“Bearing in mind that winter is approaching, we’ve decided to give financial aid to these persons, and do it during six months. Those unable to work will get 884 hryvnias, capable of working - 50% out of the government aid, more precisely, 442 hryvnias”, - sad Yatseniuk.
However, he said that the aid will be given to a person able to work only if this person is registered with the employment centre.
“To get the government aid, a person should visit the employment centre and register to search out a job. In total, the social security benefit should not exceed 2400 hryvnias for one family ... and, provided that the person has undergone registration with the employment centre... The government cannot help those who have not registered, because they do not want to help themselves”, - he said.
