Technical problems arisen due to delay in accepting reports via e-mail by the National Fiscal Service of Ukraine were eliminated on 19.02.2015, at 19.00, the press-office of the NFS reports.
Reports submitted till the 20th of this month will be processed as usual.
Notably, the reports filed to the NFS on February 17, 18 and 19, 2015, were accepted on February 20, 2015.
Taking into consideration lack of possibility for taxpayers to submit tax returns within the set time limit, due to technical problems occurred on February 17-19, 2015, the deadline for filing tax returns has been extended to February 24, 2015, inclusive, in line with the provisions set out in par. 102.6 - 102.7 of article 102 of the Tax Code of Ukraine approved by Order of the NFSU on 24.12.2010, No.1044, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 20, 2011, under No.84/18822.
